RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do no comply with these conditions.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email, including the order number, at customerservice@myamia-store.com . We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to the original method of payment deducting the shipping costs. Please note that it may take between 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on your account, this depends on your bank's processing time.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email, including the order number, at customerservice@myamia-store.com . We will provide with an return label and exchange authorization number along with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not comply with these conditions.
Once we receive the exchange, we will inspect the item and ship the new item to you promptly. Please note that any price difference between the original item and the new item will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Custom orders, personalized items, engraved items or made-to-order items.
- Sale items, including final sale.
