By following these simple steps, you can keep your jewelry looking as good as new:

  1. Store your jewelry in a cloth pouch or a separate compartment in your jewelry box to prevent scratching or tangling.
  2. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, and lotions. These can cause damage to the metal or stones in your jewelry.
  3. Remove your jewelry before engaging in strenuous physical activity or going for a swim, bathing or showering. Sweat and prolonged contact with water can contribute to early wearing off of the gold coating of your jewelry.
  4. Clean your jewelry using a damp and soft cloth, always making sure to properly dry the piece after. Do not use harsh products such as silver polish.
  5. Avoid wearing your jewelry when sleeping to reduce wear.

REPAIRS POLICY

At Myamia, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry that lasts for generations. We understand that even the most well-crafted pieces may require repairs or adjustments from time to time. Therefore, we have created the following repairs policy to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

REPAIRS ELIGIBILITY:

  • We offer repairs for all Myamia jewelry products.
  • Repairs are free of charge for items that are damaged or defective after shipping.
  • Repairs for normal wear and tear are offered at an additional cost. We define normal wear and tear as damage that occurs with regular use, such as scratches or dents.
  • Repairs for accidental damage, such as bends or breaks due to mishandling or impact, will be charged an additional fee after the initial free repair.

REPAIRS PROCESS:

  • To initiate a repair request, please email our customer service team at customerservice@myamia-store.com .
  • Please provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the repair request, as well as photographs of the item.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a repair estimate and instructions on shipping the item to us.
  • Once we receive the item, we will assess its condition and confirm the repair cost with you.
  • Once you approve the repair cost, we will complete the repair and ship the item back to you.

REPAIRS TURNAROUND TIME:

  • Our typical turnaround time for repairs is 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair.
  • We will communicate with you throughout the repair process, updating you on the progress of your item and any changes in the estimated repair time.

REPAIRS WARRANTY:

  • We offer a 6 months warranty on all repairs.
  • If the same repair issue occurs within 3 months of your repair, we will fix it free of charge.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or loss of stones.
